Besides my long experience in leading international schools as Head/Principal, and usual degrees, I have formal university qualifications in Applied Positive Psychology/Coaching Psychology and Negotiation. I am a member of the Association for Coaching and the Negotiation Society.

Since 1995 I have also served on several school boards, both internationally and within the UK.

I am an experienced COIS Accreditation chair.
